On 2/22/06 I recieved a letter in the mail saying that I had "won" 3,900,622.00 and that I was "officially sworn to secrecy". What a bunch of bull.

It said they had been trying to get in touch with me for the longest and needed me to send in conformation that this was my right address. They also wanted twenty dollars for the document fee. So my dumb a*s sent it in right away thinking that I was going to be a millionare(LOL).

The next day I recieved a W-915 Form U.S First Class Mail. It said the amount that I "won" and that they needed twenty more dollars for another document fee and if I didn't respond in the next Seven days the money would result in "permanent and irrevocable cancellation of shipment".

Wanna guess what I did? You guessed right, I sent it! After I sent it I didn't feel right about something and decided to look the company up on the internet(What I should have done in the first place!). Guess what pops up, SCAMS. What a surprize! I'm a dumbass! (It was my last twenty bucks!).

Steve,

I have put all the information about these people in one of the threads here. They are in New Hampshire and have confirmed this through email. I even included their phone number and email address. I doubt the postal inspectors will do anything about this. The Attorney General will but they have to get to the right one. New Hampshire is where to go. The Federal Trade Commission has ruled in on these types of issues and the Attorney General is usually the civil & criminal arm that will follow through. All the mail boxes are nothing more than mail drops and forwarding services.

From what I can see noone has tied all the business names used and noone has come up with the players names. It's all in the Rip-Off report now if looked for. I put it in the hands of a couple of newpapers Saturday too.

Michele, DO NOT CALL the Post Office!! Put your complaint in writingto the POSTAL INSPECTORS ONLY!!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, March 12, 2006

The people at the post office are not the same as the postal inspectors. AND, they do not take verbal complaints.

Put it in writing!!!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The only way to shut these people down is to get them for mail fraud. Send a copy of the letter and write out a complaint and send to:

United States Postal Inspection Service
Criminal Investigations Service Center
Attn: Mail Fraud
222 S. Riverside Plaza, Ste. 1250
Chicago, Il. 60606-6100

www.usps.gov/postalinspectors

And for future reference, there is no such thing as free money. You cannot win a sweepstakes that you never entered, and in any legitimate sweepstakes, you never have to pay upfront money to claim winnings.

Write the letter to get these jerks shut down.

I did investigate the company as much as possible, I even called the US Post Office, Fraud Office, they told me it was a legitimate business, and that you are paying the $20.00 to enter contest. I doubt they will help. Last week they also has a website www.lvaap.com, which no longer exist. Guess what, for these reason's I also sent in the $20.00. Good luck in your findings keep me posted.

Cheryl...Here's what you need to do

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 27, 2006

You need to send a letter of complaint, with all supporting documentation attached to:

United States Postal Inspection Service
Criminal Investigations Service Center
Attn: Mail Fraud
222 S. Riverside Plaza; Ste.1250
Chicago, Il. 60606-6100

www.usps.gov/postalinspectors

And...FYI.. ALL zip codes in Las Vegas are 89xxx, there are no zip codes in NV that start with 34. That is a south FL zip code.

A little common sense goes a long way in not getting ripped off. What were you thinking??

Hope this helps~
