Lava Tint goes under a whole bunch of names TINTING JOB DONE BY KANAI ,OWNER OF LAVA TINT IN MAPUNAPUNA, VERY POORLY DONE HONOLULU, Hawaii

I have a 2011 Toyota Sienna that I took last night 02/29/2012 to Lava Tint at 2847 Awaawaloa Street.  The owner goes by the name Kanai.  The sienna has a panel that is next to the window/door that is supposedly easy to remove.  He first told me that it cannot be removed and then he said that if he does remove the panel it would take about 1 hour to remove the panel so he could tint that specific spot.  He told me that he would have to put the tint around the panel.  When I picked my car the job looked very TACKY and POORLY done.  There is also a gap that is around the panel and the tint that allows sunlight to come in the car. 

 When I called him up this morning I told him that I have spoken to 4 different tinting places and they all say that the panel is easily removed and that he should have removed it so the tint job would have been done correctly.  He also said that he would not have time until next week to do it but he sure had a lot of time to take my money and do a very poor job.  He also said that if he spends more than 20 mins removing the panel that he's going to charge me.  How do I know if he's going to do the job the 2nd time correctly.  Because the car was done late last night I didn't check how the rest of tint job is.  I've now read several reviews saying that he left air bubbles in there tint and wiped the tint after with a dirty rag.  I could see that I also had dirty streaks on my windows.  I've already reported him to the BBB...I'm requesting my money back.  He also charges more than the other tint shops so you would think that he would do a great job fo what he charges.  I also noticed that he has moved several times because of complaints.  He goes under different company names and the reviews seems to all say the same.
