I ordered a trial of the two products advertised, a moisturizer and an eye cream. My total cost was supposed to be $4.98. When I checked my bank account this company charged me $198.90.

When I called up the company they said it was a 14-day trial and I would be charged full price after that 14-day unless I cancel. Nowhere on the site is there any mention of a trial time limit nor did it have any information that the full price would be charged after 14 days. There are also no numbers to contact the company even if there was a 14 day trial period.  

On returning to the site to double check, you are now reverted to a different site and a different product. They have refused to refund my money even though I told them I would return the product as I had not even opened to the packages yet. I was told I did not read the instructions correctly on the website and that they could not refund my money.

Asked what I was to do with the product and they told me to throw it away but they still would not be able to refund my money. I stated I did not want the product I wanted my money refunded and they said I did not follow directions and they would not be returning my money.

I went through my bank and my bank has denied the claim because they said I did not follow directions. The person I spoke with would not give me a name and spoke to me very rudely insisting that I did not read the page properly. All I wanted a refund of my money because I am not paying $200 for a product that will only last Me 2 weeks if they are going to make claims the way they are making from this they need to State it on the website before they take the money out of accounts.
