This "attorney" took payment for a very simple case. On two occasions, he failed to file paperwork on my behalf which resulted in a summary judgment against me. I filed a complaint against him with the State Bar of Nevada. He has a history of disciplinary problems and other complaints against him for taking money and not providing services. He is a very poor attorney. Prior to his disciplinary hearing that I filed, he called and left me a message that he would like to give me a refund (over 2 years later!).
Clearly this was a ploy that he wanted to use when he appeared for his hearing -- to say that he offered me a refund. HOWEVER...I have called and left several messages trying to get the refund he offered. Not a single call was returned. I am filing additional ethics complaints against him for these actions. Hopefully he will be disbarred. He is about as low as you can go for an attorney.
