I spoke to a man by the name of James Sette (Ext 256) on December 21,2012 he told me that I would receive a thick book in about 3-5 days with all of my information that I gave them and that they gathered to approach my mortgage company with. They were going to renegoiate my mortgage and get me a lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment. The book never arrived.
My down payment was $895.00 and $595.00 a month for five months. Each month they would ask for information and I would send it to them. Then after the last payment - I received a letter saying that they were canceling my case and that I no longer had any attorney -client relaationship anymore. That I could go forward on my own.
I tried to call several times and all I was told was - that my case was closed and they would hang up on me.
My account number was 4xxxx
