ok. yes i admit i made a mistake drinking and driving. But the biggest mistake was picking this firm. If you want to pay big bucks and have your calls and requests pretty much ignored till last minute with devastating results..use them. 
my case was an out of state owi that they were ill equipped or experienced to handle. bac was .16 a tenth of a point over regular owi. big difference in sentencing from standard ,extreme and super extreme. check out web for the difference in sentence its big. they could not even negotiate a plea to get a tenth of a point off bac! wow after paying 5K to them you'd think they could do that. anyway they failed there so went to trail and paid another 5k(second big mistake). I thought they cold at least argue in court for a better outcome or sentence. Did not happen.
If I had no attorney, outcome would have been the same.
It started when a slick talking salesman called me 3 times a day. He was good. Very convincing to use their firm. Never heard from him again after they got my cash. They assigned it to a person there that barely gave me the time of day and made a huge mistake at sentencing which ultimately caused me significant stress time and money. 
Simply put. they were mostly non responsive and I had to pretty much call and email twice a day just to get a call back.
Had to spend 6 days in tent city then 24 days home detention. spoke to numerous people in there that had no lawyer and had their cases lowered from  extreme and super extreme with no problem. I was a .16 some of these guys were passed out at wheel and got same sentence as me. Avoid this firm friends.
