Lawns Unlimited of Central Fla, Inc /DBA Repos Unlimited Did not pay for jobs we completed. Fanny-Mae/Federal Government paid them but they did not pay us Melborne Florida

Lawns Unlimited of Central Florida was paid by the federal government to make foreclosed homes ready for resale. They subcontracted companies like ours to complete the jobs. Lawns Unlimited of Central Florida did not pay our company for the work we did for them.

 We completed work orders that were e-mailed to our company along with verbal instructions. Our company did not get paid for services rendered. Lawns Unlimited of Central Florida did not pay our company for approximately $4800.00.

 We have copies of the work orders, copies of invoices AND plenty of pictures of the work that was completed. Our pictures include the complete addresses of the homes we worked at, as well as the work that was completed.

The work that was completed with no compensation was done from September 2012 thru December, 2012. We called and e-mailed Lawns Unlimited every week and all we received was a run around. Basically they told us the check was mailed two weeks ago.

We could not afford a lawyer to help us because we did not receive compensation for work completed for four months. We used a credit card to purchase supplies. Some supplies were bought online and some locally.
