Malicious lies

This 'company' is in violation of PayPal policies and user agreements and Fedral law.
The 'facts' they listed are grossly misleading amd false. They also appear to have a pattern of bait and switch as did I. Search their company. name 'Summit Source' and see how many compliants they have made against them. An abundance.
The facts are;
They sent an inferior product after asking me to not buy through eBay and buy sirectly from them. ( That is a violation of eBay policy as well) They dod this to avoid paying eBay fees insisting that I'd save money by doing so. I did not. Woth eBay the listing offered free shipping. Purchase direct added shipping charges. Costing $1.20 more.
When I received the inferior product I notified them immeadiately, as apparently others have done as well. They at first refused to allow a return. Then after much 'discussion' they conceded and accepted the return. They tried charging shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee. That meant that from a $55.20 purchase I'd have only received $32.06.
I immediately contacted PayPal whomadvised me per the user agreement I was entitled a 100% refund if they found the dispute in my favor. I then filed that dispute. PayPal has an abbitration agreement with the users that state the decision is final and netheir party has a claim after a decision is rendered. They decided in my favor and I was given a full refund. Had they not have sent junk, I wouldn't have asked for a refund, nor would PayPal have sided with me instead of siding with them. Buyer beware of Summit Source
There was never a charge back as they alleged. Furthermore posting my private information as they has is not only amviolation ofmthe abitration agreement it is a violation of my right to privacy and Fedral law.
I am in process of suing the owners of Summit Source and it's owners privately as well, since it is listed as a family business. I encourage any other person who has dealt with these malicious people who claim to be a reputible business to do the same.
They are the wrong doers as so many others have also stated. They, in my opinion, are the worst example of a small business.
