Went to buy a recliner chair or small sofa. Purpose was for a person with physical limitations. Made a deal with the saleperson who had checked witht he owner on the delivery and other aspects. All of a sudden a person identifying themselves as the manager Pat Grace (sp?) with the same initials as the prior ripoff report, came over and said the price would be $50 more on a purchase deal already made for $1200.

The way the very very unpleasant manager PC explained her reason was very confusing even to someone with a Phd -- that the price had been changed now that the last sale was over and they were offering a new discount --  making it seem to us as though the prices had been raised for the sale and then changed after the sale, so that the sale that was $100 off was really only $50 the real price of the chair! It really sounded as though they are playing games with the stickered prices, and when we did the math on what she was saying and asked if they had changed the base price before and right after the sale -- the manager said, "well, yes, but..." and stopped talking and blushed.

Regardless, given the prior complaint, in addition to a bait and switch deal, this is another case of complete disregard for a person with physical limitations -- with the price increased for no understandable reason even after a deal had been made to purchase the chair!

What is even more concerning is the manner of the manager -- when she first started in our direction, we believed it would be to discuss an additional discount of only $20 on the delivery which we had been discussing with the saleperson who had just spoken with the owner -- instead the manager approached almost running in a loud voice, loud enough for everyone in the large store to hear and her tone surprised us a being very aggressive and angry, only to discover that she was raising the price from what we had agreed upon!

We put our $1200 away and we left as quickly as possible, feeling sorry for the sale lady -- and when we later checked the internet, we found the other report which struck as amazing because it reflects the same manager's behavior as so similar to how she behaved with us.

There are many Lazy Boy stores in the area and prices vary. If you want a pleasant experience with an assurance that you are getting a fair price, we would recommend staying away from this store!
