I inquired with Leaders Merchant Services back in November about the cost of their service, which was supposedly the lowest in the industry.  I spoke with a sales person who was a very fast talker that promised no hidden fees or cancellation fees and was quickly sent a contract.  The company does e-signatures and told me that I submitted my signature.  I never used the processor to submit a single payment nor did I realize until 6 months later that they had been charging me.  I called to cancel the account and they told me that there would be a $350 cancellation fee.  They charged me nearly $1000 to not process a single payment...  Tell me how this is not illegal.  When asked they told me that "you set up the account and we are not responsible for you using it."  Worst customer service I have ever spoken to in over 10 years of working with different vendors. 

This is a criminal organization that is interested in one thing, scamming you out of as much money as possible.  I will spend the rest of my life making sure that this organization does not have the ability to scam another person.  Use them at your own risk, the hidden fees add up very quickly and they are all done by ACH so you cant stop them without closing your acount.

I am happy that you have found your faith and believe that just because your fath based man that there is no way your could work for a shady company.  None of this changes the busines practices of your orgasnization.  Do you believe my case to be an isolated incident?  Well if you do, then perhaps you should do a google search of your criminal enterprise and see what other customers have had to say.

Those were found with a 5 minute google search.  Clearly not an isolated incident.  You sir, may want to check your facts and truly understand the company that employs you.  Leaders did absolutely nothing to help solve the problem other than tell me that its my problem.  

So keep thinking that "Everyone should be allowed to make mistakes, as long as they earnestly try to fix those errors for the future: myself, and Leaders Merchant Services, will forever try to do just that and make processing customers' credit cards a beneficial aspect of your business."

Your company did nothing to help me other than steal my companies money.  This will be the last time you hear from me on this page as we are currently working with a lawyer to sue the organization.

Dear Dan,

If you never signed up to process your customers' credit cards, why didn't you return the terminal upon receipt? That could have avoided this mess altogether. That being said, you never should have been charged unfairly, if that is indeed the case. Calling us criminal is hardly a light accusation; I would never work for a corrupt enterprise, as I am a man of faith, forever in the process of building his mustard seed. If you never signed a contract, then yes, absolutely, you were done wrong and we need to make every attempt to right the wrong. However, if you are going to call someone criminal, your complaint should be provided with proof and not have such glaring weaknesses in its address.

I do not wish you any ill-will, nor unnecessary-loss of income. I would never work for a shady company, as I want what's inscribed on my heart to be whole, clean and free of transgression. Everyone should be allowed to make mistakes, as long as they earnestly try to fix those errors for the future: myself, and Leaders Merchant Services, will forever try to do just that and make processing customers' credit cards a beneficial aspect of your business.
