Ordered a "free" *sample* of this product + $4.95 shipping (and the sample is ordered on a completely different webfront, not *leadingedgeherbals.com*. Doing that apparently signed me up for a subscription to the product which I did not know.
The company says that in order to receive the free sample, you are signing up for the *PROGRAM* on a trial basis and if you don't tell them within 30 days of receiving the "free sample" that you do not want to be in this "program", they start sending you repeat deliveries of the product at a cost of $99.95 each.
So, naturally you go to their actual website to see what the heck just happened when the first "subscription shipment" arrives and there's no information about the "free sample". Then they tell you that you agreed to this bogus program 3 separate times by clicking through when you ordered the "free sample", but provide no *PROOF* of these supposed clicks.
When you ask for a refund, they offer to let you keep the package for a reduced price of just under $53.00. Read all of the complaints about this company. They are all the same. This is a scam. You walk away getting an almost half-priced refund and a foot up your a$$.
Watch out for anything by Leading Edge Herbals, Leading Edge Health, Leading Edge Marketing, and any other site offering a trial or sample of "Kollagen Intensiv". The sites all use the same company, SellHealth.com, to put up multiple webfronts for this product and no matter which site you order from, the company is somehow the same and tells you that you agreed to all of this. *PLEASE STAY AWAY from any company selling KOLLAGEN INTENSIV*

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with Kollagen Intensiv and that this product did not work for you.
We go through every effort to make our terms as clear as possible. In fact it’s not possible to continue placing an order unless you check mark the box to say you have read our terms and conditions. Our terms are written very clearly and they are not hidden in any way. In addition to the terms we send a receipt with a link to our terms and also a brochure that came with the first shipment stating that it is a trial program and that you may cancel at any time. If we do not receive a call from the customer then we will assume the customer wishes to stay on the program and a two month supply is automatically shipped out 30 days later. Due to the generous nature of this program i.e. you receive the first jar for free, we are unable to offer any refunds or returns.
Please note Kollagen Intensiv is available with a money back guarantee on our non-trial website, however, the cost for this is at the regular price of $59.95 plus shipping.
