After seeing an internet ad promising weight loss with a trial bottle for $1.95 I signed up little did I know what was really about to happen. After I recieved the trial bottles a month or two later I recieved another. I thought it was an error. A month later I recieved another package. Now I decided to look into it. I found a charge on my debit card so I immediatly called the company. They were closed. I called back the next day and was told it was too late it had been shipped out wait till the package arrives send it back with any other unopened bottles for a full refund. I was told I had been charged three other times a charge of $79.79 I immediatley looked through my records and sure enough going back some months I was being charged. I had joined some membership I wasnt even aware of.It took seven days to get the package they sent. I went to the post office paid to have a return reciept and sent back six bottles all unopened. I emailed the company. I emailed the company I emailed the company. You get the point no response. I tracked my package through the post office saw it was recieved. I tried calling the company was told that they split and they no longer handled Leanspa. They only had a email address. I emailed the company again for days. never a response. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau. They finally reached the comapny and was offered a partial settlement which I took for $159.58. They asked that I allow three weeks for a check. I waited the three weeks have come and gone. I again contacted Better Business Bureau they had no further luck and the case has been closed. I will never again accept a trial on line. Shame on them!!
