Learnsmart Systems Preplogic, Fraudulent Charges to My Credit Card, Not Given Information, Lack Of Proper Response Internet, Florida

Long story short:  They upped my monthly payment by over $200 without telling me.  This doubled my payments.  I am unemployed and they took out the new amount on a date they were not authorized to take out the payment and I now have no money for my rent.  Or food.  When I contacted them about the issues (more than I'm listing here), I finally received a response.  It was a contract they wanted me to sign for the "new" amount that was almost double my initial payment that I was never informed of, I had already informed them that I NEVER agreed to and never authorized them to charge my card.  I fully explained my situation and their response was to just send a contract for an amount I clearly stated I could never afford.  Unbelievable!  Needless to say, I am filing a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge removed.
