My name is Jeff F. and I purchased the Total Transformation kit last December.
I asked for a refund in late January and returned the completed survey, only to have Legacy say it was incomplete. Legacy has not refunded my money and its become an real issue!
I talked with one of their Customer Service Rep's and they didn't like the way I completed their Survey form. It was simply advertised on AM Radio - you don't like it - just send it back for a full refund.
That's total BS.
This is set-up so customers will never get their money back since its up to Legacy's discretion.
4 Months have gone by and I still have NOT received a refund. I bought the product in good faith, got an RA number, send the competed survey back, and all I want is my money back.
This experience has really given me a bad taste about buying products over the radio and especially from legacy Publishing.

I too heard about the program on the radio and called to take advantage of the refund offer for a completed survey. I did the survey completely, without leaving any blanks, and mailed it back to the company. I did have to call and ask for an extension and they gave me 2 additional weeks. I mailed it back in time, and received the promised refund. I have since bought another program, and am considering a third. I have been very pleased with this company.

I did get the program for free by doing exactly what the company told me to do. I completed and returned my survey (completely - no blanks) within the 90 day period and got all of my money refunded just as they said. I did not have to contact them to ask for it back - I just returned the survey as instructed and the money was refunded within a week or so. This is a legitimate offer and not a scam.

On 1/24/11, Jeff F. called Legacy Publishing Company Customer Service to advise that he was mailing back his feedback survey.
On 2/3/11, Jeff F. called Legacy Publishing Company Customer Service for the status of his refund. He was advised that his survey was delivered on 1/31/11 and was also advised to allow up to 10 business days from 1/31/11. He was also told that as long as his feedback survey was completed, he could expect to see a refund within 10 business days. He was further advised that if he didnt see this refund, that he could contact Legacy Publishing Company Customer Service on 2/15/11 for the status of his refund.
On 2/7/11, Jeff F.s survey was reviewed and considered incomplete due to pages 10, 11, 18, 22, 23 & 24 not being completed.
On 2/15/11, Jeff F. called Legacy Publishing Company Customer Service inquiring about his refund. He was denied a refund due to the survey not being completed per the instructions. The Legacy Publishing Company Customer Service Representative offered to send a new survey, advising that he needed only to complete pages 10, 11, 18, 22, 23 & 24, but Jeff F. refused this option stating that it would be easier for him to dispute the charges with his credit card.
On 4/19/11, Legacy Publishing Company received charge backs from Jeff F.s credit card company.
On 5/16/11, Jeff F. called Legacy Publishing Company Customer Service, requesting the pages to be sent to him so he could complete the survey in order to receive his refund. During this call, he was advised that he would be given 2 additional weeks, as a courtesy, to complete his pages. He was given a new postmark date of 5/30/11.
On 5/17/11, Legacy Publishing Company emailed Jeff F. a new survey.
As you can see, Legacy Publishing Company stands by our policies and our customers. We hope to receive Jeffs incomplete survey pages. When we do, he will be issued his refund, and his credit card company will be notified of his refund.
