Legacy Visa is a company that prays on the poor which have no credit or very little credit. They put $1,500 in bold at the top and then charge $75.00 set up fee and issue $300.00 credit which after their set up fee you only have $225.00 dollar credit and already owe a payment for just accepting the card. This type of business should be investigated by the dept. of justice, the banking commission, and should be stopped by the federal government. Their interest rate is 29.9 per cent which is not allowable in most states by a pawn shop. Our government should be held accountable for this kind of trashy credit card business and the company should have to pay restitution to any one who got one of these rip off deals in the mail. I know better but , i just think of the poor people that get ripped off by The first national bank that sends out this in conjunction with legacy Visa. Is  our government being bought off by these people so bad that they allow this kind of fraudulent credit card business and they can't be stopped. Please write the justice dept. and banking commission to try to stop these frauds and make them pay. This is legal robbery at its best. If enough people push the Obama administration maybe they will do something for a change. They have not done anything else but some where some one will have to be accountable for this fraud which is a federal deal because it crosses state lines.
