Legal Affidavit Office- Us National Bank DONT BE FULLED WITH THIS COMPANY LEGAL AFFIDAVIT OFFICE US NATIONAL BANK AND YOU CANTT GO TO JAIL Irvine Colorado

I was called on july 10 2008 by a company caled legal affidavit office - us national bank saying that i took out a payday loan on june 26 2006 and when they went to take out the money it was not in there. They say they sent me 12 or so emails and i just ignored them.

The name of the guy i talked to was tom and he want my lawyer information and i asked him if i could get a copy of the contract or something saying what i owe but he just kept teling me to send him a appoligy letter and write in the letter when i could pay them the total due which they said was 1186.37 and i told him i couldent make that kind of payment he said well let me give you to ed who was in restitution dept and he wanted me to give him a credit card or debit card i told him i didnt have one he said dont you have a friend who yu could use there checking i said no.

Then he said that if i didnt pay investigatores would be by . i even tryed going to a finance company but they wouldnt even give them informaition so then i got on the internet and did some checking and the next day i call ed the police and they gave me a site to go to and check it out and i found this place . the bank didnt even have rcord of anything being deposited the day they said and i dont even have that account anymore. so dont be scared or fulled if you get a phone call like this. it is scarry so just be careful and dont us you account information on internet.
