Legal CPN Terrible Product Delivery and Customer Service Troy Michigan

I purchased a CPN number and tradelines from an affiliate of Legal CPN. This affiliate had a stroke and is in the hospital so isn't able to handle my account now. This started in August, and he gave me part of my CPN(not the last 4 digits until the tradelines were added), but now I don't have any more information 4 months late. I contacted Legal CPN starting the beginning of last week(December 8th). I was told that my complaint would be escalated and someone would contact me.

I spoke to someone the next day(December 9th) and he told me he couldn't find my information, but would check with someone else who would have my information and get back to me the following day(December 10th). I didn't hear from anyone, so I called the main number again and was once again told that they would escalate my request and someone would be contacting me soon. I got an email at that point telling me to contact Mr. Williams at 313-460-1660 on Monday(December 14th) morning. I contacted him and have heard nothing. I sent a text and left a voicemail and no reply. This customer service is absolutely horrendous and I spent $1850 and they keep giving me the run around and have no interest in resolving my issue. I will continue to post these reviews on any site I can to let people know to avoid Legal CPN because they will take your money and not deliver on services.
