Legal Research Group /Vantage Point Services, LLC Threatened to have me "stuffed in the back of a sheriff's car!!!!" Dallas Select State/Province

My sister called my a few days ago in a panic. A woman named Tracy Morrison called her telling her that I would be going to jail on two counts of felony fraud. So, I called this woman at the numbers she gave my sister, 469-941-0387. A woman who referred to herself as Ms. Graham proceeded to tell me that I owed $1000 on an outstanding online payday loan. And, that if I could not pay within the next 2 hours I would be serves with felony warrants the same day and serve 6months in prison. At first I was so panicked that I fed into what she was telling me. After telling Ms. Graham I could not pay that so quickly, she told me to hang on, then came back with a stop payment of $486.00. When I still couldn't pay that amount, I was transferred to a David Levine. He then proceeded to tell me I had until 4pm to pay or he would release the warrants. When I asked for more information because I honestly was so confused, he got loud and irate! He told me he was going to have me shoved in the back of a sheriff's car and slammed the phone down!!! I called back and some to a Jay Murray who gave me a day to come up with the money.

I came home, and got to Googling!!!! When I did a search on the phone number IT WAS NOTHING BUT HARRASMENT AMD RIP OFF STORIES!!!! I called that same number back that evening and A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VOICE CAME ON THE VOICEMAIL!!!! When I called the next day to get a physical address I was transferred to Jay Murray who got rude, loud, and refused to give me anything more than a PO Box. When I asked for the supervisor I was told he was David Lavine. When I asked if he had an extension I was told THE NUMBER I CALLED WAS HIS EXTENSION! !! When I asked for his email I was told they do not operate with emails. And when I said I needed the info for my lawyer, Jay Murray got loud, told me that he was just going to release the warrants, and hung up in my face!!!! I'm glad I did research!!!! Please keep hosting about these snakes! !!! It helped me!! And, could help someone else!!!!
