I asked legalzoom for the company name registration in California to save my time. After paying the fee for the registration, legalzoom will charge yearly (~$186) as registration agent. You can't get refund,. You have to pay $55 for not to be charged! This is clearly not explained at their service that you have no choice but to select legalzoom service and will be charged yearly until the company dissovle! it is clearly ripoff!
