ON OR AROUND 3-19-2014 lEGION lOGISTICS INTERED INTO A WRITTEN CONTRACT WITH bIG lAKE lOGISTICS TO TRANSPORT CERTAIN MILATARY EQUIPMENT FROM sEALY, tx TO dT cHAFEE, ar. lEGION lOGISTICS MADE A PARCIAL PAYMENT BUT REFUSES TO PAY BALANCE OWED ON CONTRACT EVEN AFTER bIG LAKES lOGISTCS SUBMITTED A COMPLETE PROOF OF DELIVERY PACKAGE CLEAR OF ANY DAMAGES TO lEGION lOGISTICS. tHEY sCAMED US AND THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH tRANSPORTATION bROKERS TREATING cARRIERS IN A UNFROFFESIONAL MANNER.
