In Oct. '08, I Paula was fired from Aurora Loan Services In Scottsbluff, NE. I have been a long time employee for this company, just about to receive my 10 years in Feb. 16, '09, when I was called in to the office, have you know at the end of my shift, and was told that i was a excellent employee for the Scottsbluff, Ne call center, and was told that I was fired.
I am a single mother for my 10 yo daughter, and help take care of my elderly mother, which sometimes needs to take priority over work. I will just quote this from Lehman Brothers/ Aurora Loan Services, "We value our team members that take pride in your family, if there is ever any time needed to take care of your family, we are more than happy to let you." In July. '05, I needed to take some time off to help my mother with my father that was DIEING of CANCER, before dieing in Aug. '05. I was written up for missing too many days of work, and was denied my Family Grievance, since i had to take days off before he died.
This was a very hard time for me, beings that my mother and father had adopted me since a newborn. I am very close to my family, and as Lehman had stated, FAMILY FIRST, this was my priority.
Within the last two years of being a CS Rep, I had continued to move up in our CUSTOMER SERVICE RATINGS PROGRAM, ending up with a silver this year, '08. I was one of the few CS Reps. that would take time with our customers, and made sure that they understood what was being said, that they would be happy after the call, and that I was there to help them, NOT FIGHT AGAINST THEM. Lehman wanted us to get in as many calls as possible, and not care about quality or care about our clients. I understand that these are hard times for everyone, including myself.
After being FIRED, i had to file for Unemployment, and was told that I was going to have to do the 12 week waiting period to receive any payments, because I was fired for missing too many days. I filed an appeal, and get this, LEHMAN BROTHERS/ AURORA LOAN SERVICES, were obviously too busy trying to scam you guys, that they would not even get on the line for the telephone hearing.
Today Aurora is hiring new CS Reps paying them at a decreased wage, and throwing them right into handling your calls, and they don't even know how to handle them since, they are firing all the Senior Reps to pay someone at a lower wage, and give them no training with the reps that have always been there for you before, such as myself.
I am truly sorry that so many people have to deal with these new morons, and to these new morons, I apologize for you not receiving the proper training, and I understand that you as well as I am, are trying to support yourselves or your families .
I am wanting to take and file a CIVIL CLASS ACTION SUIT against this BOGUS, ARROGANT, KNIEVING, JOKE of a business.
