The company refused to replace. THEY GAVE US THE RUN AROUND. It went like this-- (1) You have to talk to the manager. (2 ) The manager is not here today. (3) He does not work on weekends (4) You have to come in During the week at about !!:OOAM (Note: Most working people are at work during this time and will encounter a loss of pay to meet with the manager). You get the picture the rep was making it difficult for us to address this problem. Recently my glasses deleloped the same CRISS_CROSS LINES on my lense. We are going to go back with the two glasses to see if Lenscrafters will address our problem and replace these defective lense. My wife connot drive with the glasses so she is using another one. I am having a hard time seeing with mine. I will report to you what was done this time when two pieces of evidence are presented to them. Thank you Rip off for your service.
