HR looks the other way when employees go them regarding situations even when there is continual evidence of the actions. Managers will continually bully, harrass and verbally abuse employees yet nothing is done. Instead of firing the people that should be fired, they keep them to meet their diversity quota. HR managers and regional managers are useless.
