He is doing this by spreading lies on this website, Facebook ( blocked) and now most recently another site claiming damages for 6,145. For the record that was the amount  ( 6,145)I originally paid for both pieces of Jewelery, Both were returned by me after EBAY ruling and I was refunded .  Both items had been mis-represented in LEO's EBAY listing as in MINT condition.

What's worse is he enlisted his own daughter in this campaign against my company to send emails to my competitors and collegues in the trade . This makes her an accessory after the fact as well as his lady friend. I have seen these emails come to me via my email as well as my trading collegues who have forwarded these emails to me to alert me to the LIBEL of LEO OLSEN.

LEO, your assertions are ludicrous. In fact I believe you are not LEO OLSEN. I think you are an impostor and I have a good mind to call the police to go to your house to check up on the real LEO who might be rotting in the closet or buried in the back yard.

For all I know, you are a criminal who has stolen Leo Olsen's identity. You don't talk, write or act like a grown man. 

Re: this picture with the three items next to the  my return shipping label. There are three Items all matching in color. The returned and non returned item ( which you also tried to sell me) are a match in the color.

The orignal picture from the listing with the two items were on a dark background and  shot with artificial light.
You never supplied detail pictures and the box is covering the area where the chips to the enamel are.
Why don't you ( or whoever you are) do yourself a favor  put it up on ebay with detailed  pictures and accurate description so someone less picky than me buys it. After all, you have to look closely to see the damage.  Successful sellers on Ebay ALWAYS present an accurate description. That is RULE no 1.

And for that reason, Ebay GRANTED me the right to return for a FULL REFUND.

Just return our  Georg Jensen neckring no 238 You replaced it with a damaged one, the colour code doesn't match. Look at the two pictures, the one you returned to me is not the same colour, there are also marks, on the silver ,you got the wrong tools on it.
