Levale Financial Group Promised Loan Funds but Never Received. No Answer after Withdrawing Request Minneapolis Minnesota

Was offered a 10,000.00 dollar loan but had to pay four months in advance at 202.00 dollars to receive the funds total 808.00. Sent upfront payments via Western Union (after much debate but was assured etc.). When funds were not released as promised I called back. Then was told my credit score had changed so had to four additional month; however was told a grant of $1,622.08 would be applied and returned to me for on time payments. Once I told them I was no longer interested in securing the loan, faxed a letter requesting my funds back they are not returning any calls. So I tried calling customer care and got a recording. I have left countless messages on Elaine Smith's voicemail, left messages on customer service and still nothing.
