Levana Levana Baby Monitors Clear View monitors never worked correctly. Nationwide

We purchased and tried to use two separate Levana baby monitors. Both suffered the same problem. The monitors would display the video of nursery correctly for a short period of seconds, and then would cut out. After an apparently random period of time the monitor would come back on again for a short time. This behavior continued forever.

We reached the companies' chat room, but unlike other chat rooms, were unable to save the text of the information exchanged. After checking multiple settings to make sure we had done nothing wrong, the company rep confirmed that their units were not performing correctly. Their solution was to buy additional units at an undisclosed discount.

Had only one unit failed to operate in that characteristic on again, off again fashion, we might have considered their recommendation. However, where both failed in exactly the same way, we elected to go with the a different brand.
