The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Michael Dazzo during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward Lexington Doc Prep, LLC.
Lexington Doc Prep is a document preparation company located in Boca Raton. Mr. Dazzo went on to state the following in regards to his company, "our vision is to help individuals across the United States who need any type of documents prepared." Lexington Doc Prep offers an array of services in regards to documentation collection, "corporate formation, corporate documents, name changes, immigration, or any other type of documents."
Leads for Lexington Doc Prep are primary acquired through marketing ventures on the internet, and occasionally through direct mail. Once initial interest has been made Mr. Dazzo explained the typical sales process, "the client would call in and speak with a customer representative who would take in all the information." Once the initial information has been gathered, "they would then inquire with them what type of documents they might be interested in, and walk them through their needs." After customized software is used to determine the documentation needed, "we have a private document library that pulls up and then we call the client back within 24 hours, and let them know how much the program would cost for the documents."
CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION FROM LEXINGTON DOC PREP, LLC.
During the onsite interview Mr. Dazzo were asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Dazzo explained that most complaints are made from people that want a refund, but never escalated their desires to the appropriate authority. If a request of this nature is made known Mr. Dazzo stated, "we refund the money even if we did all the work." Because of their proactive attitude towards customer service Lexington Doc Prep runs into very few complaints.
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Dazzo offered this rebuttal, "if they would have just called us I can tell you right now...if someone is asking for a refund we are refunding their money..." In order to further assure future clients Mr. Dazzo sated, "there are no licenses or registrations for document preparation companies, but all of our documents are prepared by lawyers." Mr. Dazzo added, "another thing that does give us a legal standing that other companies don't provide is if you sign up with us and something happens legally with that document we are going to represent you legally as well, at no additional cost."

As a matter of policy, when a business becomes a member of the Corporate Advocacy Program they agree to allow Ripoff Report to contact every client who filed a complaint so they can make things right with them. Lexington Doc Prep They took my money twice in one month and never sent any of my creditors any letters like they said. boca rouge Florida
Then closed my case because i asked for one of my payments back that they wasn't suppose to take and they told me i wasn't getting a refund and dropped from the program now the supervisor won't even get on the phone. This company just takes your money and u still stuck with your debts.
I called this company to handle my creditors and they never even contacted my creditors. Then this month they took two payments of 329.00 for February instead of taking the money when they were suppose to and then when i asked for a refund on the second payment because they took it two weeks early they dropped me from the program and said i wasn't getting a refund and when i called the supervisor she wouldn't get on the phone so now im out of 600.00. This company is very unprofessional and they just steal your money and make u think they are doing work but my creditors saic they haven't even heard from them no letters or nothing and every time u call they give some bogus story about the supervisor is unavailable. Dont trust this company because they don't even act legit.
