 Hi I purchased my LG 50PB6600 50 inch TV at Superstore paid 617.50 on sale. TV after 7 months started showing a black screen and then all u could here was audio. Then a month after it would stop completely and not even bring up LG so I called LG and asked what was wrong and if it can be fixed. The lady on the other line tried all she could to help me, still wouldn't work. Was told to call back during the business day. I called that next and they gave me to numbers to call and called they said they would get back to me when they got work order. A week had passed so I called them they said they didn't receive the work order. Called LG they said they wouldn't except the work order so they said to upload the document of sale, I did that and called back when I was so to see if they received it. They did. LG said to call back in 2 to 3 business day to see what will happen. Waited and called back they said that it wasn't the bill of sale I said yes it was and then they said call back in 5 business days I did that called back it still wasn't ready then another five business day. Then called again that resolved in another 3 to 5 business days know where a month and still nothing. I called back said I'm tired of waiting my kids want to watch there Netflix on the TV. They said to upload the bill of sale again and wait 2 to 3 business days. Waited again then called back and they finally gave me a number the number to take to the store and that u where credited the money to the store. They said go to that store give them the number and pick out a TV. I asked if I needed anything and they said just that number and maybe drivers licence to prove its you. Called that store they said no LG TVs till Friday so Saturday filled up my pick up as it's around about an hour to get to that store but had to go to that exsact store. Got to that store they said they needed the TV that was broken. So drove back home where I called and they said no they should of just gave me the TV of o choosing even though it wasn't what I said I wanted I wanted a smart tv that I had so they said it's the stores fault. Gave them the speech I've been patient for over a month and my kids I have a type 1 deabitic that wants his TV back for Netflix and they still said its stores fault so I went back and said no cause u didn't tell me I had to bring in the old tv so that's ur fault so the guy hung up on me. I called back and demanded taking to someone that's going to help and they said to wait till Monday and call back know I'm waiting there customer service is very rude and they do help. A month close to 2 And still nothing is a loud of BS it's not fair that I had to spend that money for nothing and it again when I have to go back and it's not fair to my family where still after 2 months are still waiting for a TV that works. I was an person that loved LG wanted the washer dyer set and almost everything in house is LG but not anymore there service isn't fair . Not a fair company for the name LG ( Life Good)
