each month i called they gave me a new excuse about meetings and mail problems and then after sep 11th they said that all the mail was diverted to another post office because my package was part of an investigation with the anthrax conamination.
as of now, 2-14-02. i cannot reach them nor get a person on the phone or even a ring, only a busy signal.
