This company will contact you saying that they are able to rent or sell your timeshare or vacant property. If you own a Timeshare or Vacant Property you have probably been contacted before about this. This company is no different, and in my opinion is worse then some of the companies that actually tell you the truth that they are going to advertise your property, because that is all they can do. This company will advertise your property for you on a website that is free to anyone that wants to rent or sell there timeshares or property. Sites such as Bidshare.com or Webstore.com. The representatives know that most owners that they are contacting have already been contacted in regards to selling or renting. This company will claim they are different and tell you any lie needed in order to get your money.

Since most of the owner's have been contacted regarding advertising there property, the new thing in this industry is for the "sales person's' pitch to say that they have interested parties (but are very vague and won't give full details, because, yeah technically anyone that looked at the website was a "interested party".) Some of the representatives will go as far as to tell you that the do have a buyer, which is completely illegal in the state of Florida, where the room is located. Also, most employee's with the company do not give their real names so that they can speak with you as a different person when you call back checking on the progress, which is also illegal.

If someone contacts you and says that they have an interested party or a buyer be VERY persistent in wanting to see actual proof. Do not accept a phone call as proof as sometimes the Reps work in teams. One will say they are selling it for you and the other will talk to you and ask questions as if he/she was the actual buyer.  The companies that deal with resale of timeshares and vacant property are not licensed to actually sell your property, it is For Sale By Owner unless you are dealing with an actual Real Estate Broker. All the company can legally do is provide you with advertising. These type of companies will also say that this is the ONLY way to sell or rent your property. My advice, contact the actual resort and double check on this because some resorts will actually help you with this.

If you have been scammed by this or any other company in the same fashion the best advice I can give you is DO NOT sign any paperwork note that your paperwork will say an "asking price" since they in fact DO NOT have a buyer. Dispute and even re-dispute or go into arbitration with your credit card company as soon as possible. Your credit card company WILL protect you against fraudulent charges as long as you have not signed there paperwork. Even if the company does have a VERBAL receipt.

Most importantly contact the Department of Agriculture. The more complaints the D.O.A. gets the more likely they are to investigate and get the company shut down. In Florida the phone number for the D.O.A. is 1-800-HELP-FLA (1-800-4357-352). The more people that call the harder it will be for these types of companies to continue to take advantage of people. Please also not and BEWARE that they love to pray on the elderly. The representative's actually get extremly excited when they have an older person on the phone.
