Life Choices Pregnancy Clinic Terry is a different person and I want to put a complaint on the manager in charge of life choices My Name is Teresa Lopez Iam filing this report in regards of manager who is in charge of Life choices clinic in the city of Ojai. Manager is rude, disrespectful and racisit she should not work as a manager at life choices clinic I find this highly disrespectful she did not let me get diapers for my triplets who are two years of age and i have one triplet who has a heart condidtion who needs medical needs. Please have this manager out of this clinci she does not give good customer services to clients.  Iam highly upset and disapoineted at these two managers. Please have theses managers out of this preganancy clinic . I didnt like her attutide and the way she approach to me in a very disrespectful way. Thank you ojai California

    To whom it may concern:

       My name is Teresa Lopez Iam a mother of triplets who are the ages of two and who also are premature age and in need of diapers, clothing and food. I was at LifeChoices pregnancy clinic today. I meet up with one of the  managers who handle the clinic in a very rude behavior. Today I needed diapers for my childern and one who has a heart severe condition. Terry and the other manager who also works for Life Choices. I find this manager racist, rude and highly disrespectful to clients. Today she did not wanted me to get diapers for my children who are premature and not fully developed in there medical needs. I suggest Better Buisness Bureau to speak to this manager in regards of this behavior. Last week I went to Life Choices and she was disrespecful to me and rude she told me in a very rude racist" I SHOULD KNOW WHAT KIND OF F* DIAPERS YOUR GETTING" Please have this women be fire out of this organzation she should not qulaifed to be a manager. A manager is some one who knows how to assist clients in a respectful manner and who are willing to give there help and support. Iam concern of pregant women who go to LifeChoices in Ojai they are not in a safe descent enviornment where they should be getting outstanding customer service. I didnt feel respected or safe please have a word with these two managers who give a very disrespectful customer service people like that should not even have an employment. There are many people out there who are wiling to help and give there best supoport to those who are in need. Pregant women out there and mothers of children need services and support there are low class people who need food, diapers, clothing and shelter and knowing there are managers who dont give there best attuide or supoort or understanding and consideration makes me upset. Its not easy to rase triplets especailly one with a sereve heart condiditon who needs medical needs. Please contact me if further questions my number is (((REDACTED)))

 My last advice is to dismiss these two managers who work for Life Choices Pregnancy Clinic one of there names is Terry.

 Terry does not want me to get diapers because I go there many times. What can you expect when this mother who has triplets needs food, diapers, and clothing please acknowlege  my report.
