Tom DaSilva is a crook in the worst way, he is risking the publics safety all to make MORE profits, several people have been serverally injured using his wake board towers they manufacture at Lightning Wakeboard Accessories. They use uncertified welders and horrible matrerials not meant for any type of structure. They will end up on American Greed someday soon. Tax invasion, inproper safety measures, threats to victims familys to remain silent. This guy is a Grade A crook!
Hires workers with no green cards and no Social Secuirty Numbers to manufacture towers that peoples life depends on. All while using complete junk material. He uses these illegals because they work cheap and once he gets a few weeks ahead of them on pay he can fire them and they have no recourse.
He cant even abide by local zoning laws because he always looking for a short cut.
