I purchased a ring on dec. 11 2009 with a gift card i bought at walmart. About a month later the silver on the inside of the ring started peeling off so I sent it back with instructions to send a letter stating what was wrong and I whether i wanted a refund or a replacement and in that letter i stated that item was purchased with a GIFT CARD and that a check would be necessary because I no longer had the card. I even called a week later after sending the package to make sure I would get a check I spoke with a man named Ashton and he said that he "would make a note of it" and that I would receive a check within 30 days. After never recieving a check they told us they would send us one and it would take another 30 days. After waiting two to three months for a check my mother called they told her they credited the cards account. After telling the customer service thousands of times that it was a credit card that we didnt have anymore they told us that there was nothing they could do and that "we have done everything on our end". After calling several more times they kept saying that corporate would call back in a few days. They never called. and when my mother called again she was told that she needed to contact walmart because the customer service could not give us the 16 digit number because it was not in their system.Its now June and still I have no refund or a replacement
