lindsay general insurance lgia scam artist at there best Internet, Internet

This company is a pure scam .been 14 days since there was a flood here that my vechile was in and to this day they have no answers for me but yet maybe tomorrow we will have something. you ask for supervisor and good luck from there. These people can not return calls nor answer them. If you have any questions regaurding your claim all you get is im unable to talk about that at this time.Complete run around and now im a person that has a few cars and doesnt keep cars long maybe 6-8 months and now my insurance company says im guilty of being a dealer and that i swapped cars and this is not the car thats on my policy, how is that possible when all vin numbers match what they did on my policy.

I would not recommened this company to anyone and im now going to be switching policy holders as this place is a complete joke. My car was a total loss declared almost 8 days ago and now is under another investigation cause they said its not the car that was on my policy, while im paying out of pocket for rental car and thats almost 1000 bucks now. When i get upset on the phone i was accuseed of being guilty of something and that i did something wrong cause i want this process handled.

I dont know what to do at this moment in time but im stuck in the postion to just sit back and wait i guess i dunno what to do or how long they car drag this out and im also making insurance payments to keep my policy up to date and car payments on a car i dont even have. This company is straight up a hole in the wall and will not do anything for anyone i would never ever DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN> Cancle current policy the day this claim is handled.
