linea pelle poor workmanship on handbags los angeles, Nationwide

i have two linea pelle bags that are around 4 years old. the leather itself is in perfect condition.
i've had to have the lining sewn and glued many times and they are still falling apart. my only resolution is to remove the lining as everything falls through to the bottom of the bag. the stitching around the outside zippers is also becoming frayed. i emailed
picture of my bags to the company to show the excellent condition of the leather. these bags are only used about 4 weeks each per year as i have many bags. spoke to manager - all they will do is offer me 20% off a future purchase - meanwhile, if you log on to their website, anyone that signs up for email alerts is offered the same discount. terrible, terrible customer service for bags that sell for over $400! buyer beware!
