WARNING, stay away from Lingual Institute in Philadelphia, PA.

Bad service! even worse attitude! No legal refund policy! Nothing is legal at this company! 

Ken Klein, president of lingual institute, asked for thousands of dollars from me for one of their services, no agreement of any kind, after payment, he did not do anything for me, I then requested a full refund, and he robbed me of 1/3 of my payment!

Ken Klein is a SWINDLER and a BANDIT! a PUNK with a horrible attitude!
