i won a bid on a laptop and noticed the photo and listing were not the same, i called the company and was told to pay for it then dispute it.

the listing was for a dell e6420 laptop

the photo was a dell e6420 xfr

i asked if they would to check to see what was that i won the bid on....pay for it and dispute it

so the differnce for those 3 letters is twice the weight and the xfr look like a briefcase not a laptop....they have 24 hours to have a supervisor call me back i have 48 hours to pay or get charged 200 dollars....will keep you posted
