liquidation.com can't be trusted. They don't seem to care if their employees steal from the pallets of junk they sell. They take a few pictures of items which appear to be in decent condition and the rest is junk buried underneath. The most expensive items are missing key components or just missing altogether. Much of what they list as "returns" should be listed as "salvage" but it doesn't matter to them because both are sold "as is" and can be broken, missing pieces or worn out. Many of the "retail" prices they list are not even close to real world prices. If you plan to buy anything from them that is not new, then just assume that it's salvage condition (junk). The new stuff I bought was okay except that they smashed one of the boxes on two sides, which in turn smashed about 25 of the 75 retail boxes it contained. In the picture on their website the boxes were not damaged, so it happened at their warehouse. They just shrug it off because they know that even with the 100 Better Business Bureau complaints they receive each year, their junk is sold "as is" so it doesn't hurt their rating. I think I'll take my complaint to PayPal instead since liquidation.com basically told me that nothing matters since I signed a waiver. I will not buy from those thieves again.
