One answer claimed owners are overseas, and it took over a week to receive requested utulity bills. yet when we inquired about specific questions to owners, she had answers immediately.
when we were leaving a showing of the property we had the good fortune to meet one of the builders of the home and he had info on the home and the owners, none of which matched info from listing agent.
We do not believe this agent is trying to work transaction between the seller and ourselves.
When we purchased our present home we had issues with another agent with the same company we are not questioning the company, just 2 of the agents
