on july 21  2012 i recived a mail from hap benefits and whit all info need it for my loan modification, in where i when ahead ana make the phone call ,and talk to miss sydney katz in where she asure to me  about the speed on my case and also the accurancy of the same ,first she askme is to pay the amount of $3500 and my case will be ready in the next 90 days , is has been more of 5 months i have not right answer to my case ,on nov 14 i have spoke with mer chriss  is one of the supervises in the office ,and  he reply of may case is just being send to my morttage co.
