Little Caesars - Subway Corp. - Bob Suarez - Shon Bridwell Scam, Con Artists, Cheats Denton Texas

As of March 10th I was bombarded with phone calls from my current manager Shon Bridwell, consisting of information about missing product that had apparently come up missing sometime in the previous shift the night before. Which I had happened to be the MIC (manager in charge).

Firstly, the missing product if given away in the manner in which they were hinting at was equivalent to over five hundred dollars in product. Now being located close to a college campus we are a very high volume store, but Monday nights are notoriously slow night doing only a bit more than a thousand dollars in a night. So there never would have been enough money at one time to have taken over five hundred dollars to begin with.

Secondly, I was never on register that night except for when I counted them down at the end of my shift. Where as all of my register drawers came out even as they should have; and my manager (Shon Bridwell) even told me the follow day that my drawers were even.

There was 6 people on the shift the night before and 2 of them were on register. One was 'suspended' due to the investigation (and who was also notably highly disliked for personal reasons by Ms. Bridwell) and the other is now an assistant manager, who was promoted 2 days following this investigation.

There is no way to pinpoint where the missing product would have come from and there is no way to prove that it was my shift, mainly because Ms. Bridwell has been seen forging paperwork by more than one employee. And even doing so occasionally in order to 'get rid' of an employee.

This store is poorly run and has been for at least the last year and a half that I have worked there. Many employee's have been shorted more than 10 hours on one check and have never been paid for them. Some have gone to the labor board only to have nothing done about it.

I currently do not work there anymore due to my own resignation and the only other employee that this case involves is still suspended. Our paychecks have currently been held and Mr. Suarez when contacted acts like he has no idea that there is any kind of investigation going on and in contacting other representatives of the company in regards to our paychecks they tell us that we will NOT be receiving our paychecks until appropriate claims are filled, and then proceed to hang up on us when asked about the other 4 employee's that have received they're paychecks.

All in all we (me and the other employee) are at our wits end after being cheated out of 3 weeks of pay with no end to this in sight. We can't afford an attorney and are afraid that we will never see our money. College students being cheated out of over several hundreds of dollars...never good.
