My mom, my boyfriend and I all decided to buy a 2001 ford escort from this company. I did not trust them from the start! They told me they will give me some type of a discount because I took care of their son. Which seem like a good deal. Everything started off perfect with them, they help me with situations with the motor for free. However this end up being a temporary fix, and the problems started up again, but being that they were nice people. I never bother them abou it. Month later I find that My temporary plates are expired and I have yet to recieve my plates and registration.

I contacted the manager about the issue and she tells me they should be there next week. The following week My boyfriend and talk to them in person for the plates, but she LIES and tells me she gave it to my boyfriend. She also tells me to go to the court and report it LOST! and to look for it. I decided not to and went to the Dmv instead.Before I went to the dmv I found out that they replace my temporary tags with a new set, and re registered my car.The next week I decided to not address the issue because I ended getting my plates from the dmv without any problem. 

A week later i knew I will not be able to a make my next payment due to leaving my job and moving back home. I decided to leave her voice mail letting her know but I will be able to make a double payment at the end of the month for both payments. She leaves me a voice mail saying that if I do not pay her the car will be gone, and that i paid only partially of what I owed. Which is not true I paid the whole amount.  Seeing that I wouldnt have any money until the 25th I decided to leave it alone and hope they will wait. The next time she calls was on the 24th before my schedule payment.

She tells me I owe  her payments from january and the due payment,however I paid everything in january and even she told me I was caught up. She goes on to threat to take the vehicle.ther voicemail saying that I owed 330 which includes this month payment. I assume they may be late fees, but read their contract and found late fees are only 5% of the schedule payments.The 25th arrives and My boyfriend calls and makes a 280 payment. She tells him I owed 480 but never tells him why and instead tells him thats only for the owner of the car to know.

However this is the same guy they "trusted" with my plates. The nextshe sends me another voicemail saying she recieved a that they will repo my car due to no insurance, no proof of residency, and no proof of employment. Which is another lie because I never cancel my insurance I have proof that they have proof of my residents. The only new thing is my change of employment, but no one told me this was something they needed to know. She as always again threats to take the vehicle. She also mentions she recieved the 280 payment from my boyfriend.

Today my boyfriend and I were sitting in the car, and the repo man pulls up. He tells my boyfriend to step out of the vehicle and we did not. He then calls the police. The officers came and talk to us and weTold them Everything. The repo man tries to block us, but the officers told them to move. The officers tried to talk to the guy but he iNSad talked on his phone and did not have papers to show. So the officers let us go. Later that day I find out that they follow my boyfriend to work, and tried to take off in the car wHEN left. My boyfriend ask his father who is a police officer to talk to them. The repo man calls the manager, and she tells him youfriend only paid 200 and I owed 400 in all nhe companyo tells him she had a notification shat I cancel my insurance. Because of the court order his dad could not do anything else to help,so the car was repo.

Chico the manager is a liar and a crook who done this to multiple people. This place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND IF ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO HELP IN COURT PLEASE DONT BE AFRAID TO CONTACT ME. These people have harm people for way to long and the company needs to be shut down. I have proof of their dishonesty lies and witnesses and can only benifit with more people..THEySTOLED AND LIEd AND IT IS TIME TO END IT!!!.
