I don't know where Litton loan is located, they were bought by another Co. We were a month and a half behind on our house payments they said they would modify our loan after sending three payments in they sent third one in they sent it back and said they couldnt do it the next thing we knew our house was put up on sherifs auction and we lost our home. We had done allot of work to our home and wanted to stay we had to sell our hot tub, leave our pool which our grand babies loved, got rid of our two dogs, and had a very hard time finding a place to take us in due to our credit. The worst part is due to the settlement all we recieved in the settlement was 3 thousand dollars how is that fair bad credit and that much for a down payment really! I wish we could sue but, that takes money we don;t have.

So sorry to hear about your hardship. My mortgage is with Ocwen Loan Servicing and I have also been through a similar nightmare. Ocwen foreclosed on my home and sent men in who changed my locks and trashed my home and the State of Tennessee did nothing. They allowed it. I stiill have my home and was never suppose to be foreclosed. I had walked around for two years with that forclosure showing until they removed it.

Not only that for years I was double billed on all of my charges and lied to about modification options when I fell behind. For some strange reason Ocwen had a note on my account everytime I called in that the "investor" didn't allow loan mods and for months I was told this when I was trying to modify my loan. After I filed several complaints with CFPB, the BBB and the Tennessee Attorney General that note was 'mysteriously' removed..

Ocwen was sued for side contracting to sell foreclosed homes and take huge cuts of the profit. The courts determined that Ocwen was in fact pushing people towards foreclosure because they made so much profit on the resale. The states just settled for a $2 Million dollar settlement with Ocwen. Just google it..

The American people need to wake up. These major banks are crooked and they pretty much "own" the politicians.
