Hi,

I have been regular customer of liveperson and have been paying them money for their services via PayPal account. 2 days back that was the first time I added my Visa debit on the website and system didn't prompted the status of my account and automatically started pulling money from my account for several session I had with them. I was in assumption that after my 50$ is over the system will prompt me money as they always do but it was taking automatically and I don't know how did
it went for auto debit. It took more than approx 500$ from my account and when I tried contacting them they sent me an email with details of session I had with them and they gave reason that I knew the time and charges. I tried explaining them the confusion I had with Visa Debit andrequested them to return the money back. They neither refunded my money
back nor are they picking my any further calls with regards to this.

Everytime I ask them the same question they say same answer... I don't think so anyone of them have a clear answer for my questions... Its a waste of money and time and emotional damaged too... Please do not waste your time in this website

But my debate with them is on 2 points
1) I didn't know how much money is getting deducted from my account automatically
2) I am not satisfied with their session

They have previously also done similar behavior but did return my money but this time they don't want to give money back as the amount is big. Sir please help me to get money back as I am already living in shelter, fleeing abused relationship and alone in the country. I have no friends or support and each and every penny is important to me. Please help me.
