Living Well Today Publishing ad with out approval, that has left my company in dentramental position, no return calls, only wanting money Chatsworth, California

Had a Representative come to my office. Take a sample of an ad to work from. With never having any

correspondence I get a proof sent to me in a magazine. I never authorized  it. Problem is there was a legal problem with the name. How they have it published was wrong. The name of company they used was incorrect.  I called only to be harassed to be paid. Treating to send to collections. Tried to get a hold of Marty in the arts department to get that ad changed and out of the magazine as soon as possible. Called several times and no return call.  Called the manager twice no response form this employee either. This ad in the magazine could be very departmental to my business. Next step go to the CEO, and then legal action.
