L&L Photography by Lacey Summers Liar, hateful, deceptive, bait and switch, fauxtographer, does not deliver, PREJUDICED Monroe Georgia

It's been a little quiet here, but rest assured, it has not been quiet behind the scenes.  I am one of those unsavory friends who doesn't mind stepping on a few toes to help a gal out.

Slowly but surely this link is getting out and getting lots of hints, which is great.  Google standings looking great and seeing lots of shares on Facebook by those we have been private messaging this link to.  People are seeing for themselves, what Lacey Summers and Lori Roberts are capable of and they are choosing to alert others.  This is great!  And L&L Photography can't fault anyone but themselves.  They showed everyone who they really are by the way they acted on here, on Facebook, on various other websites, in emails trying to plaster Melinda's past, in phone calls, all over.  They did it to themselves.

True colors do bleed through eventually and we are not finished yet.  I for one will be in the front row when this sees its day in court!  Actually, we are rallying quite a support base together.  

And now, off to continue our mission of shutting up L&L Photography, Lori Roberts, BullDog Momma, Lacey Larrisa Summers.  It's time you get sent to the corner.  Karma is really awesome to see in action!

Oh, Jennifer I am very sorry you went through that.  I know L&L says it is made up false whatever, but after seeing what she is doing on here and social media, she made it very hard to believe her.  

I am a photographer.  I used to live and work in Monroe, Ga.  A family that had used Lacey ended up coming to me for their family photos twice in 6 months.  All of a sudden, I am getting threatening phone calls and emails calling me a thief and accusing me of bad-mouthing Lacey to this family.  This family came to me on their own and the only time Lacey's name was mentioned was when they said that the last time they used her, they were not as happy with the results.  Facebook messages were sent out to people on my friends list calling me a liar and a fauxtographer.

I can't prove that it was Lacey, her mother, and friends, but I know it was mainly because I knew other photographers that went through the same things.  One in particular was horribly harrssed after she went to Lacey accusing her of copying her set ups exactly. I am so happy to see that Lacey's actions are finally being brought to the surface and she is being exposed for the mean person she really is.  Also, don't let the 5,000 plus likes on her facebook page fool you.  The likes were bought, it is very easy to do and really means nothing.  Her 2012 Best Photographer thing was also bought by her mother purchasing a s***load of papers and filling the ballots out.

I have since moved from the area and so happy I do not have to worry about suffering the wrath of L&L Photography again.

I don't know Melinda, but I now love her!  Melinda, I wish you all the best in this and really hope the horrors of coming up against Lacey and Lori and L&L Photography are finally put to an end.  I found out about this from a mutual friend who knew I would be happy to see that Lacey may finally get whats coming to her.  I will send you a facebook message with my contact information.  I will be happy to write a statement about what I was put through and I do hope other photographers are doing the same.  I know there are many and we are normally a close knit and caring group.  I hope to see support on here from colleagues.  It's time for L&L Photography to be stopped from their horrible attack methods.

WTF - Who really cares if Melinda had a run in 20 or so yrs ago with the law?  Really?  I am sure there are many of us that have a few things we hope doesn't get aired online in such a mean way.  

I know both Melinda and Lacey.  Both have taken pictures for me and I have never had a complaint or problem with either one, until now.  

We live in a very small town and this kind of stuff is ridicoulous.  Lacey, you and your attack dog mother should never have responded this way.  This, unfortunately, will come around to bite you in the butt.  I saw your Facebook attacks and was outraged.  Funny thing is, I was getting ready to contact you about the watermelon minis when I saw it.  Now I can see whay you still have open spots and are trying so hard to fill them.  From now on, when I choose a photographer for my family, I will choose one that does not turn into an ugly mean hearted person when she receives a complaint, nor will I turn to one that lets her mother handle her battles, especially in such a teenage way.  

I too am helping in the effort to get the word out there so that people can see the tru L&L Photography and not just the fake caring individual you portray yourself to be on your facebook business page.  

Melinda, you are the epitomy of grace.  I don't care what they post on here to try and make people judge you based on past mistakes.  You have never been less than caring and honest with my family.  I remember you being so excited for my 7 year old son when he got his 1st homerun ever, after striking out twice in the game.  And YOU GOT THE SHOT!  Thank you.  Know that we are outraged and hope to see a public apology someday from Lacey.  I suppose from what from what you shared that she will at least be apologizing very soon in court.  You reading this Lacey?  Melinda shared the results of their data request.  It clearly shows the IP address, location, and names of all posters on here, including the original poster.  It clearly shows that you FALSELY ACCUSED her of writing this complaint.  I feel sorry for you and it now makes me sick to watch you posting all your "happy" little posts, as if you have done nothing.  How can you sleep at night?  You are no Christian women!

Oh, and in case you are wondering, yes, this shows in google.  Google L&L Photography Monroe.  It is FRONT PAGE, 6th listing down.  From what I know, all we need to do now is be sure to click on this listing a few times a day and it will move up higher and stay there a good long while.  But just in case it doesn't, we will get the word out.  BTW, I too am a teacher and involved in coaching at the high school.  

While I have never used L&L Photography, nor do I have the displeasure of knowing the women who own it, I do know Melinda and have bought photos from her every year for the last 6 years.  Mpsportspics has given us the best memories over the years of our son playing football, going to prom, on stage, senior pictures, and graduating high school.  And my son LOVES HER! I am forever grateful that she has been there for all of this and HIGHLY RECOMMEND MPSPORTSPICS AND MELINDA PEASE.  

I saw these horrible attacks thanks to a dear friend who is close to Melinda and it sickens me to know that we have such a low class photographer in our little town that would stoop to such low business practice just to make herself look better and feel good.  L&L Photography, stick to what you do and know this --- You will NEVER have the class and respect that Melinda has.  It is earned, she has earned it and she returns it.  I will be sure that word is out in our little town about you and your mother.  You have clearly shown what you look like behind the exterior and it is SICKENING!

I am happy to do my part in being sure this page gets a response daily because I want to do whatever I can to alert people to the LOW LIFE SCUM TACTICS OF L&L PHOTOGRAPHY.  Now time to pop over to another review site and write my review on Questionable and Dirty Business Relations by L&L Photography.

Yup, Lacey was kicked out of a local community photographers group because she could not get along with the others.  Certainly not a surprise.  Just read that on Facebook, so it must be true. Bahaha! Very glad to see all the facebook shares now.  Thanks Amy for telling us how to get this out there and I will follow your advice on helping this stay on top of google by posting a photo attachment.

I was a customer of L&L Photography until the time before this that she and her bulldog mother used both their business and personal facebook pages to do the exact same thing they are doing now.  I am also a teacher and will be sure that every teacher I know that is looking for a photographer or may think of looking for a photographer knows NOT TO USE L&L Photography.  I also have lots of teacher friends at your kids schools and will be sure they also know your true self. I will also be going to our school principal tomorrow morning to be sure he knows that I and many many more fully support Melinda.  Melinda, we love you and love everything you have done for us over the years.  Hang in there.  Just like Amy said, you have more support than you know!

Let it also be known that I have several friends who love Melinda and her work too, and aren't afraid to travel down a low road or two to get the word out on what kind of business witches you are.  Lacey and Bulldog Momma really screwed up this time.  I bet you didn't think your attempt to turn this on Melinda would turn out this way?  Well, let me tell ya something, I am a specialist in SEO and have a host of folks lined up to be sure we have at least one truthful comment posted each and every day on here just to be sure this stays active and pops up in google search results when your names or business names are searched.

I am also a teacher, parent of 4 all playing sports at different levels, and very much involved in the booster clubs of 2 LHS sports.  We have had MPSPORTSPICS as our photographer for many years now.  Melinda has never once given any reason for any of us parents, teachers, coaches, or booster club members to question her credibility or her dedication to our teams.  Parents love her, her work, and her dedication.  We love her for who she is today, not who she was 20 years ago. 

A little over a year ago, Lacey Larrisa Summers and Lori Bennett Roberts and their close friends did this same online attack against Melinda.  It was at that time that I and 3 other parents had the opportunity to speak with Melinda about the information that was so unprofessionally and childishly splattered all over the net. Melinda was more than willing to talk with us and very open and honest.  The way she handled the attacks then and the way she is handling them now impressed us tremendously.  She did not run and hide, she did not retaliate in any way, she did not show any signs of vengance, only class and determination to continue forward. 

I was a part of the comittee that chose L&L Photography 2 years ago to do our senior football and cheerleading picture shoot.  The only reason we looked elsewhere was because mpsportspics was not available to do them and guarentee being able to meet our deadlines for the program.  A parent on the team knew Lacey and recommended her.  We regret that decision now.  As Brandy pointed out below, the photo session was very unprofessional, it was obvioulsy much more than Lacey could handle, and Laceys lack of patience with our kids was very evident.  We were deceived in what we were promised and what we paid for, receiving nothing even close to what was promised.  When parents would contact L&L Photography, the responses were always very short, rude, and never brought customer satisfaction.  When the next year came around, I was thrilled to hear that they were able to line up Melinda for the senior photos.  The responses from that session were overwhelmingly through the roof positive.  Parents received much more than promised and had an amazingly fun photo shoot in an airplane hanger, which is much more suited for a football team than a silly shoot at a park that can be done by any photographer.  Melinda has become known for unique and fun photo sessions and she is known for delivering amazing work.  Not only are parents and coaches continuosly pleased, the players themselves love her and her love for them shows.  What was very ironic was that L&L Photography's first attacks on her were right in line with the timing when they were informed that their services would not be used the 2nd year.

I have shared all of this with my administration at the school.  It was pointed out to me last Friday that they were well aware of the information and also of the unprofessional ways this information got to them and that it has no bearing on her associations with the teams and the school.  It was also pointed out that the information that L&L is plastering is half truths, exaggerated, and that they have obtained all the verifications needed. They even fired their current school photographer and employed Melinda to take all the commencement ceremony pictures this year.  Feedback is that they are the best graduation pictures the school has had.  Your attacks on her abilities as a photographer are also sour grapes.  I am pretty sure that she would not be on assignment right now as I write this, for a Sports Illustrated multi page layout. She also would not be shooting for several other publications including the AJC.  Your attempts to discredit her to your friends that also teach and coach at LHS have also been without your intended result.  Those teachers and coaches have only supported Melinda and her work even more as is evidence by their continued use of her services.

To Chris; You really should fact check rahter than spread half truths and vendictive gossip.  The legal problems Melinda had were from 1996, sentenced in 1998 and commuted in 2003, which means all probations were discontinued at that time.  Another clue that there must have been extenuating circumstances is that she served only 8 months of a 10 year sentence.  No over crowding would lessen time by that much. Commutation is never done without good cause.  No, it does not excuse the offense, but it does show that there were extenuating circumstances and that the offender is deserving.  Your statement that she was on parole until 2012 is completley false.  Check even the simplist math.  If sentenced in 1996 for 10 years, how is it one would be on parole in 2012?

To Jeff; You are a teacher?  I question this just by your lack of writing skills.  Your defense of Lacey as a student has no bearing or worth here.  2 of her classmates have commented about her true self as a student, which is more than just grades.  Ever see Pretty Little Liars? 

To Brandy; I too have used the same Gwinnett Photographer you speak of.  I had a daughter in the volleyball program and I also remember Lacey and Lori's attacks on her.  The photographer you refer to was also wonderful and delivered much more than expected results.  The correlation between L&L Photography's attacks on both her and Melinda certainly lead one to believe it is sour grapes.  Both Melinda and the Gwinnett photographer have branced out and continue to do new things and are constantly approcahed by new organizations and publications.

To Lacey, Lori, and L&L Photography;  It appears that your attempts to deter from the initial complaint of this report are not going the way you intended.  It is time, as pointed out, to grow up and handle your business in a professional business manner.  I suggest you give up your juvinile methods.  They will not bring the results you hope for.  Your true and very Non-Christian personalities are now being exposed and it is only a matter of time before your past, current, and future clients see the true personalities behind your business and make decisions to discontinue using your services.  I too will be praying for all involved and will pray that Melinda continues to stay strong through this and keep her head held high.  I pray she can continue in her determination to rise above this without lowering herself to the tactics that L&L Photography employs.  You, Lacey and Lori, have shown the world that beneath the exterior cover, you are two of the ugliest people I have ever seen and many others are now seeing this and many more will in the future.  If this initial report was indeed false or exhageratted, your best course of action would have been to address that, not quickly accusing and unprofessionally attacking a competing photographer.  Your blackmail threats alone are just one indication of your business ethics.  And if you think that the other photographers in the area that have also had to endure your attacks on their work and their person are remaining quiet and scared, you are sorely mistaken.  This latest attempt to ruin Melinda only brought on more anger and annomosity from the photography community, a community made up mostly of sincerely caring individuals and business owners.  L&L Photography, I must concur with 2 other commenters here, SHAME ON YOU! Oh, and in keeping with the spirit of commenting on photographic abilities, your work is repetitive, it all looks the same and there is nothing unique about it.  Same colors, same background coloring, same locations, same old thing.  Your saving grace is that you so far have adorable children to photograph.  Boring, same old stuff so far. 

To all the commenters on here; I do know for a fact that all identifying information for this thread and the 2 others that were maliciously made on this site concerning Melinda is being provided today, by court order.  Something Lori and Lacey should have done imediattley if this complaint against them was honestly false.  I am not sure if L&L informed you, and seriously doubt it, but commenters on here, on the photo stealers thread, and on Facebook attacks will most likely be dragged into the criminal and civil cases against L&L Photography, Lacey Shelba Larrisa Green Paulson Summers, and Lori Bennett Roberts.  I have been informed that the same identifying information request has also been filed with Disqus, the commenting plug in for the photo stealers website.  The results should be very enlightening.

To Melinda; Hang in there, continue on with your fight using only the proper channels.  Do not give in to the desire for revenge.  Make no bones about it, L&L Photography is being seen for what they are and you will have your vindication soon.  As a matter of fact, Myself and 5 other teachers, 3 coaches, and several booster members are submitting signed statements both to the Walton County School Superintendint and to your attorney who contacted several of us Friday.  I know it is hard to see right now, but this only shows you for the better person that you are.  A person's truest colors shine bright when they are in the misdt of trial and tribulation.  So far, your true colors and true nature are beautiful.  Keep it that way.  You have more support than you and your adversaries realize.  Only difference is your support comes from people that care and that are morally above the juvinile methods of L&L Photography and their gossip and drama loving friends.

I hope that I have stayed within my goal of posting fact and refraining from juvenile and unprofessional attacks for 2 reasons; 1, my administrators are watching this thread now and 2, because I do not in anyway wish to appear similar in my methods to L&L and their friends.

Facts:
I have used both L & L Photography, MPSports, as well as two other local photographers from both Gwinnett and Walton County.

My experience with MPSports- Dellivered my sons baseball photos, more then promised, professional, never said an ill word about anyone. Cons I never like the over editing edits that can be done to images, but that was to each their own kinda thing, other moms do like it. I prefer my child to look like my child.

With OTHER Walton County Photographer- Delivered exceptional images of my daughter and her team. Was professional, happy, and kind during the session and all dealings with after. Took a little to long to get the images but there were some personal things that was going on with the photographer and as a mother myself I understood that.

With OTHER Gwinnett County Photographer- Amazing images every time. My favorite photographer to date. I have used her for everything OPTIONAL that the school didnt force me to use a sport photographer etc. All Senior photos of my older children and younger children. When I met her after I found her through a friend at LHS, we became fast friends because she treats every client like family.

I was appalled a few years ago when this photographer was attacked on facebook by L&L. Lacey and her mother and about 6 of her best friends and clients verbally attacked her on Laceys personal page, Lori's personal page, on her personal page. It was more Lori, who I have never met even though I have had several dealings with L&L photographer that was the attack dog. Bold face lying that she contacted a lawyer and they were sueing her for SLANDER  but any person with any law experience would no the difference between SLANDER AND LIBEL.

This really turned me off to L&L. You can not act the way you act and expect people to take you seriously. I understand some people don't see you act this way, or think its ok to act this way. But mature adults do not want to deal with women who are so mean and catty.

My experience with L&L photography was during my daughters senior year at LHS. I paid for a disc of images that was said to be "all the images of my daughter for their senior football and cheerleading photos, every pose" I recieved one group shot in black and white and color, and one individual in black and white and color. I was one of the parents there on the farm and saw how many photos my daughter posed for and was very upset with what I paid for. Lacey was very snotty and seemed overwhelmed. The whole experince on the farm felt unprofessional, which was proven when I got my disc.

I only got on here once I saw that L&L was attacking someone, worried it was my friend they attacked a few years ago.

My biggest concern lies in this. When you present yourself as a christian company, with christian values. Those values should stand stronger when you are being tested. Bad things happen. People lie. You should never have attacked another photographer then or now. There are ways to handle things with class and grace, and still "win" the battle. If your mother isn't part of your day to day business, please dont let her fight your battles, it makes coming to you impossible with a problem, and it also makes your otherwise successful business look like its being ran by a 15 year old who still needs mom to handle it because she hasnt found the professional way to do so yet.

Tonight I will pray for all these people involved. Because I want each of you to be the best you can be, the world is big enough for you all. THE WORLD IS BIG ENOUGH FOR YOU ALL!!!!

This is the one and only time I have ever posted or commented on this site.  I have been advised by my attornies to stick to the facts and refrain from participating in the ridicoulous bashing, and so I will do just that.

No, I Did not write the original compalint against L&L Photography, nor did I write any of the above comments.  The person that did write the original complaint contacted me, thank you Lacey for making sure she knew how, and apologized for everything being twisted around to me.  This person went to my attorney's office today and filed a sworn formal statement confirming that he/she did write it and explained in this statement the reasons for writing it.  We also have sworn statements from 3 people that can and will atteest to my whereabouts at the extact time the complaint was filed, and four hours surrounding that time.  And our request for all the data from this site has been filed.  I will not take this anymore.  I have been the one undergoing one attack after another from Lacey and Lori, not the other way around.

There is not and has not been any reason for me to 'go after' L&L Photography.  L&L Photography, however, has been known numorous times for attacking local photographers.  They just never went to the extent that they have with me.  They found skeletons in my closet and ran with it.  Why?  All I can say is that is what kind of people they are.  People that seem to relish in other peoples shortcomes.  One local and very good photographer had L&L duplicate their work almost exact, right down to the tiniest details in the set up.

The photographer that was copied made the mistake of posting a sneak peek of the set up for these minis and L&L duplicated it to the point that the photographer posted Lacey's photos side by side with her own.  This photographer was horribly attacked and threatened.  That is only one instance.  There is a long list of photographers in this area that have been attacked by Lacey on more than 1 occasion.  These same photographers are now standing in line applauding as they watch Lacey and Lori make fools of themselves and show what kind of people they really are.

It's no secret, I do not like either of them, but I have never engaged in public harrasment or attacks, even when I was going through it from them.  Contrary to what they write here, that is not the kind of person I am.  I will however be sure this never happens again to me or anyone else by L&L.  Everything is in the hands of the legal system as of today, both criminal and civil. 

Let me back up to how I found out about this....I received an email from Lori Roberts, Laceys mother, threatening me that if I did not take the post to ripoff reports down in 1 hour, she would plaster everything she could about me online.  Then, after the hour, she did just that.  I advised Lori to contact this site and see about getting the information on the identity of the poster.  Did she bother?  No!  It was much easier for her to create a big fun smokescreen.  From the time the original post was made to the time she sent me the threatening (blackmail) emails, she could not have gotten her hands on one ounce of fact confirming who posted it.  She did not care to prove it.  They had a complaint filed and their easist scapegoat is me because I do have things from many years ago that are embarrassing.  They have run with the information they found on me every opportunity they have had.  What kind of people do this?  Do good people do this to others?  No!  Vendictive stone hearted people do this.

In response to "Chris" comment...Get your facts straight and please check your grammar.  You say that I have lost one job after another, etc etc....I had the same job for the last 11 years, up until last summer.  Prior to that I was an at home Mom who took part time work when it was needed.  Your comment is an out and out lie, or you were fed bad info from one of the Ls.  And your atack on my photography skills...juvenile but to be expected.

L&L has not had to endure drama at my hand.  They have endured drama of their own doing and continue to do so.  They seem to thrive on drama.

Thank you Kim for your comments.  I will be sure that they are seen so that other clients of L&L can make an informed decision as to whether or not they want to suppost a business that is run by such hateful people.  Not many business survive when the public finds out they are hateful and vendictive to their competitors.  Thank you Becca, as well.  Loved the insight you provided but can't support the public bashing back.  Although what you wrote wasn't anything most of us already heard or knew.

I am very happy to be able to say that L&L is the only photographer I have had a run in with.  There are many photogs here and I have been blessed by each and every one of them.  There are some that have given me advice, some have helped me in different ways, and right now I am extremely gratetful for the ones that have been sending emails and messages of support, telling me their own stories about dealings with L&L. I apologize for the lengthy nature of this post but a few things needed to be said.

Everyone that knows me well knows about my past.  They also know who I am today and they are the people that matter to me.  I can say one thing for sure...I could not sleep at night if I did to any human being what Lacey and Lori have done to me and are continuing to do.  People screw up one way or another, sometimes with very good reason, GET OVER IT!  Also, if you did your homework right, you would have found that the conviction was commuted 5 yrs ago.  They don't do that without good reason.

You had a stupid complaint posted about you on a random site that most people have never heard about, me included.  It would have been in your best interest to address the post directly, not point fingers and instantly deflect the entire thing away from you and the complaint.  But then again, that is the kind of persons you are.

I know you Melinda and I know Lacey as a teacher,coach,friend and client.   I know that everything you are saying is a bald face lie. I was there all through HS and she was one of the best students Loganville ever had.   Lacey is one of the most caring, loving and sweetest person I have ever met.  Everyone in Walton County knows this and there ain't nothing you can do to change it. You you can keep up your hoax and lies but no one believes it but you. The whole town of Loganville and now  the whole world knows, because you wrote this complaint.  And thanks to the last poster I saw you are using a government email and I will be reporting that.

Melinda is constantly lying and making fake pages/fake e-mails/fake profiles to go after the people who have tried to bring her fraudulant actions forward. She believes she can hide her problems by pretending to be other people and threatening her way through it all. She has threatened numerous people over the years and will not stop with the harrassment. She previously served just 9 months of a 10-year prison sentence, and once she got off parole in 2012, all hell broke loose. She has lost every job she has had due to her fraudulant actions over the past few years with lying & deceiving. That is why she only works as a 'freelance photographer' (a very bad one at that), because she knows she can get away with what she does to other photographers without a boss coming in to fire her. 

So please take note that every negative comment regarding L & L Photography is simply not true and completely made up by Melinda Pease. I have been in touch with the owners of L & L Photography for awhile now and cannot believe how much drama they have endured through Melinda Pease. 

It is very sad that L&L Photography immediately points to a competitor when a complaint is filed.  This complaint may or may not be false or possibly exhagerrated, but we will never know because of the drama L&L brought to it.  I agree with Becca, "Deflection".  (Thanks Becca for directing me here)

I am also very sad because Lacey has taken great pictures of my son and daughter, in the past, but I will not be using her in the future.  I cannot in good conscience hire someone that can be so vendictive.  I have 3 different people showing me your online campaign tearing down your competition.  What good does that bring you?  I have purchased many baseball pictures from mpsports and nothing you are spreading will keep me from purchasing in the future.  Want to know why?  Because of the way she is handling your war on her.  I don't know what she may or may not be doing privately, but publically, she is handling herself with class.  She has not lowered herself to your tactics and no matter what you say or what may have been in her past (really, who cares? people have pasts) she has held her head high.  That is class, what you are doing is trashy.  I hope that she is taking action against you for including her in your mess here without any real indication that she made this complaint.  I work for a lawyer's office and know enough to know that is a biggie.

An interesting thing I noticed on here is that in your comment listing names for melinda, you listed Jennifer Carter.  The person that posted this complaint is Jennifer, but no where here does it show her last name.  So for you to put her last name on here, trying to say it was fake,  is showing that you do know who the complaintant is and therefore it is most likely a valid complaint.  I sure hope you have contacted her and at least refunded her deposit money.  Yes, you do charge a deposit to book a date, the last time you took photos for me, I paid $50 to book the session.

I will not be using L&L Photography again and I will no longer refer my friends to them either.  The person I now see online is not the same person that took pictures of my children.  I do not like this person I see now and am very disappointed to know that the real Lacey is such a mean person.

This woman must be out molesting all those kids by the way you talk. Or is she teaching them how to commit armed robbery.  Looking at her page I get the impression they really like her. d**n good thing for her not everyone in this world is as condemning as you. Bawahahaha!  I went to high school with Lacey. Drama and fights and squabbles and playing the victim just always seem to follow this chick.  Thanks Lacey for sharing this. Makes a person feel better knowing you haven't changed a bit. Smh. Respectable business owners don't engage like this.  Then again, she wasn't very respectable back in school either. Some things never change. 

To Tracy, or maybe you are a made up person by Melinda as well. Please understand this person has been harassing me for over a year! She harasses me and has harassed others as well. She will never stop. She is a two faced liar. It is very sad a women in her 50’s or 60’s focuses her life on hurting others. It is more sad she “works” with our youth sports, considering she has been in jail and on probation. This has opened my eyes to what really is out there, pure evil. I have never once said her name on my L and L page or my personal page BUT I plan on it! She has been called out by Photo Stealer.com and has been shown to be a thief and a liar on that site as well. I have kept my mouth shut for a long time but I will no longer take her attacks. Anyone who knows me knows how made up this story is! To Melinda aka Jennifer, you say in the “front hall”? What front hall?? You said you have a check? Where? Where are these photos? You wanted your deposit back of $150? I don’t take deposits for sessions, and I don’t “fix” sweet children, I would never do that in the first place, why would a parent want their child to be “fixed”?? There is no Jennifer Carter in Good Hope! Give me your number Jennifer aka Melinda, I will gladly meet you! It sickens me that people like you walk on this earth. I will continue to pray for you every night and I hope you know you WILL NEVER BRING ME DOWN. Have a great day Melinda.

She has been publicly harassing and slandering us for over 1 1/2 years....I will gladly provide you with every harassing e-mail, every screen shot of text, every message board post, every recorded phone call, every police report everything I have of this ladies harassment.  I have tried dealing with her discreetly, calmly and legaly yet she continues.  Word to the wise...  RIP OFF DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ON THE AUTHOR!  And for the record, we are not the only photographer that she has made a ripoff complaint on.  

I am currently witnessing the online attacks launched by L&L Photography, Lacey Larissa Summers, and Lori Roberts.  Say what you will, the person you have accused, without the facts and proof, (ripoff can verify that), has NEVER publically hurt you, regardless of what you choose to write on here as your answer to a legitimate complaint against your business.  Pay attention to your business and keep complaints against your business as business.  If this is a valid complaint, I suggest you deal with the complaint and only the complaint.  Everything you are now doing on social media is despicable business and shows your business as dispicable.  Yes, I see both you and Melinda's social media sites and I have never seen Melinda write an ill word about you or anyone else.  That speaks volumes for her and volumes for you as a business owner.  I will have to agree with Jennifer here, SHAME ON YOU!  

It's getting old Melinda, no one belives your fake alias and lies.   Let's see your check (cancelled check that is) and let's see your email. There is none, I seriously hope you get help soon, you seem to be escalating not only with us but with all the other photographers you harrass.

You have already admitted to the police and to me on two occasions of your harassment against us. In fact you apologized TWICE, yet you continue. So lets stop pretending shall we? Maybe you haven't ever had anyone stand up against your harassment, slander and attempts at bullying us and others, but you have NEVER dealt with me. I do not take kindly to people like you. I am prepared to defend us until H*** freezes over.

I am Jennifer, the person who wrote the original complaint and I stand by every word.  I am appalled that L&L Photography would point the finger at someone else, rather than aknowledge her wrong doing.  Since she posted contact information for the woman she has accused of writing the complaint, I have been able to contact her and will release all of my contact information to her lawyers, so that they too can take action.  I have now been enlightened and it has been confirmed to us exactly what kind of business person Lacey is.  I have a copy of our check we wrote to L&L for the deposit and I still have my calls to her booking the session.  I am turning everything over to small claims court in order to get our deposit back.  We also have 2 emails we sent requesting it and never got a reply.  This AND pointing fingers at the competition is BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!  No matter what you think you have on someone's personal life, plastering it all over the internet is as low as it gets.  SHAME ON YOU LACEY SUMMERS!  I will also email this website to allow them to release my identity to Melinda's lawyers, as she has asked.  SHAME SHAME SHAME

I am Facebook friends on Lacey's personal and business page and I am also Facebook friends on Melinda's personal and business pages.  The last time I watched Lacey wage an online attack, I vowed to keep an eye on things.  I am sick of seeing Lacey Summers and Lori Roberts wage online battles and can honestly say that I have never, not once, seen Melinda publicly slander, attack, or even speak one bad word about Lacey or her business.  I cannot and do not believe that Melinda wrote the above report, based purely on the way I have seen her act online.  I have, however, on numerous occasions, seen Lacey and her mother launch online attacks not only against Melinda but also against other photographers in the area.  It does make me wonder why a person with over 6,000 likes on her page would spend her time attacking others.  My conclusion - The poor pitiful me syndrome.  Or the Look at me I'm better than this person syndrome.

I also would suggest that you obtain the records from this site before waging anymore attacks in order to be sure you are even attacking the right person.  Lacey's business was reviewed negatively on here and her response is "Melinda..." did it?  Seems petty and childish and I would not put it past Lacey or her mother to have posted this entire report just to start drama.  If Lacey did not create this for her own drama and attention, then maybe she should pay attention to the actual complaint and reach out to that customer.  Lacey Summers has had many run ins with more than one photographer over the years and has a habit of twisting then around to make herself look attacked.  I wonder how many people really want their children mixed up in hateful and spiteful drama.

My family has used L&L Photography since we found out we were pregnant.  She has done all of our sons photos and all of our family photos since.  Lacey is amazing with our son.  She is patient and always brings out the best in him.  She is never NOT ready.  She is professional and talented! 

Anyone saying such things is doing so out of pure malice.  This is not even believable! 

Lacey Summers, the owner of L&L Photography, is a wonderful photographer. I have been using Lacey for 5 years now. I have a special needs child and I know first hand that this lady making this complaint is a complete LIAR. Lacey has always taken time during each session to accommodate my daughter and her needs. 

Lacey is very professional and each session is such a joy with her. My daughter is not always the most cooperative child to photograph, but Lacey always goes above and beyond to ensure that she gets great shots of my child. Never in 5 years has Lacey's services been bad or negative in any way. It has always been just the opposite. Every session she amazes me with the shots that she gets of my child. 

The lady making these claims has never experienced Lacey's services because she never would treat any child this way. I know her too well and my children are photographed by her 3-4 times a year. I find it very offensive that anyone would make such nasty and negative claims against Lacey Summers.

i HIGHLY recommend Lacey and L&L Photography to everyone. You will definitely fall in love with her talent and ability to deliver amazing pictures.

This complaint is absolutely  fabricated and slanderous.  I have had the unpleasant task of dealing with Melinda Pease with MPSPORTS PIC and Memories for Life Wedding harassing and slandering my business for over a year.  She has been served and contacted to cease and desist, but she continues to slander my name and business, and other photography companies.       I deal with children daily, including special needs children, all my clients know how I am with children and can see this compliant to be false. I apologize to all my clients for having to see the malicious attacks that I have had to endure.
