Load Runner Trailers Bait and switch! Took my money! Tampa Florida

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This business took my deposit of $500 over the phone to secure a sale price on one of there trailers stating it was not refundable. The following week when I tried to pay the balance and pick it up I was told that I would have to pay full price for the trailer.

GREETINGS - OUR COMPANY OFFERED A "BLACK FRIDAY TWO DAY SALE" THIS CUSTOMER CALLED OUR BUSINESS AND AGREED TO PURCHASE A "BLACK FRIDAY" SALE TRAILER. HE COULD NOT COME TO OUR OFFICE BLACK FRIDAY OR SATURDAY. WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD ALLOW HIM TO PICK UP THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE TRAILER MONDAY WITH A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE CREDIT DEPOSIT. HE DID NOT PICK UP TRAILER AS AGREEDED. EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD HIM THE DEPOSIT WAS NOT REFUNDABLE WE REUNDED HIS DEPOSIT IN FULL. THIS CUSTOMER IS UPSET BECASUE HE FAILED TO FOLLOW OUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE GUIDE LINES. NOTE: WE DID SELL 26 BLACK FRIDAY TRAILERS ON THIS SPECAL PROMOTION - OUR BIGGEST 2 DAY SALE EVER!
