*Consumer Comment: Wow!
I was threaten on a daily basis that if I did not pay the entire high rate of 300% intrest they would come and take my car. I explained that if they take my car how would I be able to work. I also tried to get them to lower the rate an explained my situation of being unable to work from the end of September 2007 until January 2008 and would they at least lower the intrest rate so I would be able to pay them, but they would refused.

I DON'T CARE WHY SHE GOT THE LOAN, MOST PEOPLE ONLY BORROW MONEY WHEN THEY DESPERATELY NEED IT AND AT 300 PERCENT INTEREST THAT'S PREDATORY ONLY PEOPLE TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF OR GET OVER ON YOU AND WANT TO GET RICH OFF OTHER PEOPLES HARDSHIPS DO THINGS SUCH AS THAT.

First of all, this is a car that is paid for in full and the client already has a title. They are putting their title up for collateral. This is NOT an auto loan.
That being said, the company is there to try and help in times of hardship. We understand that there are circumstances beyond your control that require a little understanding. What were the circumstances behind your inability to work? Did you file for unemployment? Disability? Unfortuntely if you were terminated for cause you are most likely not eligible for unemployment. What ever reason surrounding your inability to work, there only so much a company can do before there needs to be some kind of recourse. As far as calling and threatening you everyday for your payment, im assuming that the company was threatening the repossession of your vehicle and nothing else. Banks and other lending institutions following the same practices.

300 percent interest?! Are you serious?
Whether it is 300 or 30 percent, you seriously need to investigate refinancing your auto.
