Never signed agreement, They were suppose to take the full loan amount on june 1st The did not instead they have been taking out 120.00 a month 3 months i put stop payment they keep trying to take out of my acct and the charges i am getting from my bank is financially killing me.

Filled out loan application and was sent e-mail that someone would be calling me on the phone. Talked to a Janell she told me loan was approved and that on june 1 2007 a payment of 260.00 would be taken out of my acct. and that would of paid loan off in full. She told me that i would be getting an e-mail with the agreement and terms of the loan and i had to sign for them ach my acct. Never recieved and never signed. On june 1 they took out 120.00 on july another 120.00 and in aug another 120.00. I have left messages on janells voicemails never would xcall me back. I put stop payment in sept. I have had loans from other places and a couple have been cheaper finace charges but most are al the same. I was assured more then a few times that the full payment of 260.00 would be taken out of my acct on june 1. And she told me more then a few times that i had to sign the agreement of the loan and for them to ach my acct. The 120.00 a month they have took out of my acct has to be more then the finace charge. It was a 200.00 loan 60.00 is the most. And from that 200.00 loan i only got 40.00 from it. Because on the application you have to check a box to submit the application. And for checking that box another party took 60.00 from my acct when the loan was put in my acct. Not knowing about this since i never agreed or signed for this party to take from my acct i was getting insf fees because they was no money in my acct. I was paying 35.00 insuf fees on a 4 and 5 dollar debit card purchases. Don't even know what that 60.00 they took was for. never recieved what i paid 60.00 for.

Recieved a letter from Westbury Ventures telling me i owe them another 320.00. I went by the other loan places june 110.00 for finance and loan july same thing and aug. I ended up paying them more then other loan places i got loans from. I have gotten a few loans and all have been paid. I have one last payment of 65.00 on one loan and they are all paid in full and dont want to get anymore. But they keep on trying to take out of my acct and i am getting a 35.00 return item fee everyday because of them. I cant change acct i have direct deposite and if i change it i will not get money deposited for 2 to 3 weeks. I am broke my acct is overdrawn and its not me making it overdrawn. I have already paid 335.00 the last 2 weeks fees to my bank because of them. How do i get them to stop trying to take from my acct to get some money so i will be able to wait a few weeks for my money to be deposited in new acct. I am a single mother i live in california very expensive state. Please help me get them to stop. Thank you
