Local Records Office (Pekin, IL) Deed, Puglic Records, Scam, Wood Dale, Records, Paperwork Pekin Illinois

Received a letter shortly after purchasing our home in Wood Dale, IL from "Local Records Office" at 3420 Veterans Dr #321, Pekin, IL 61554 with phone listed as (800) 790-0721. It had my husband's name on it and our address. It says "This service to obtain a copy of your deed or other record or title is not associated with any governmental agency. You can obtain a copy of your deed or other record of yuor title from the county recorder in the county where your property is located" but says we needed to respond by 03/28/2016 to get what the "Local Records Office" says is "a copy of the only document that identifies [husband's name] as the property owner of [our address]." It goes on to list public information about our home, such as size, sale date, sale price, etc. They ask for $89 to receive a copy of the document they claim they will provide.
